Shipping & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t help you.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
We do not take responsibility for damaged items during shipping. We have had years of experience wrapping our products ensure to do our very best to protect your item/s and prevent any damage however we cannot be held responsible for misconduct by postal carriers. However we are quite understanding and compensation  in the form of a store credit will be considered, but is not guaranteed. Photos of damaged goods in the original packaging will be required. We suggest you take photos of the un-packaging process every time.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us ASAP and we can work something out.


Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.

Parcels lost after delivery has been marked is not at the fault of House Of Energy. Please contact Australia Post for advise, and let us know so we can do anything to help - missing parcels are the worst!
